All withdrawal requests must be sent back to the same method used for your original deposit, in line with our closed-loop policy.
Before you can withdraw, you need to wager the full amount of your deposit at least once. This means the total amount you bet (not the amount you win or lose) must equal at least 100% of your deposit before that deposit becomes eligible for withdrawal.
Example: if you deposit $100, you need to place bets totaling at least $100 in stake value — whether that’s one $100 bet or twenty $5 bets — before you can withdraw. This applies regardless of whether those individual bets win or lose.
In some cases, if GosuPLAY reasonably suspects an account is being used to move funds through the platform rather than to genuinely play, a higher wagering requirement of up to 5x the deposit amount may apply instead of the standard 100%.
