When GosuPLAY asks you to verify your account, you’ll typically need to provide:
- Proof of identity — a government-issued photo ID such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.
- Proof of address — a recent document showing your name and address, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
Documents should be clear, fully visible, current, and belong to you personally. If a document is rejected, our support team will let you know what’s needed to resubmit.
GosuPLAY may request verification at any time, at our discretion. We use a three-level verification system (Level 1 to Level 3), with the level required based on your account activity — for example, higher deposit or withdrawal amounts may trigger a higher verification level automatically.
By law, we’re required to verify your identity once your deposits, withdrawals, or winnings reach a combined total of $2,000 USD (or the equivalent), whether that’s from a single transaction or several smaller ones added together. Until verification is complete at the required level, access to your account, gameplay, or withdrawals may be paused. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
